The 5 Tibetan Rites
A Daily Reset for Energy, Alignment & Longevity
You don’t need fancy equipment, long workouts, or complicated routines to reconnect with your body and energy.
The 5 Tibetan Rites are simple, powerful movements that support your lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation, and energetic clarity, all in under 15 minutes a day. Known as the “Fountain of Youth,” these practices have been passed down through Tibetan tradition, offering a blend of movement, breath, and rhythm that awakens the spine and revitalizes the entire system.
I began practicing them after my lymph flow meditation and immediately felt the difference: I was more grounded, clear, and energized, without feeling overstimulated.
If you’re looking for a daily energetic reset, a way to support your body’s natural detox pathways, or simply a consistent way to reconnect with yourself... start here.

Why These 5 Rites Matter
Each rite stimulates the energy centers (chakras) along your spine and brings the body into a rhythm that clears stagnation and builds vitality. When done consistently, they support:
Lymphatic Flow: Encourages drainage and immune function
Nervous System Regulation: Breath + movement = calm, focused presence
Flexibility + Strength: Engages core, spine, and stabilizing muscles
Vital Energy (Prana): Recharges your system like an energetic reset

Rite 2: Leg Raises
Rite 3: Camel
Rite 4: Tabletop
Rite 5: Up Dog to Down Dog
Anchoring the Five Rites: A Return to Rhythm
Rite 1: Spinning
Rite 1 invites you to return to your center through rhythm, breath, and motion. Learn how this simple spinning practice clears mental fog and reawakens clarity.
Rite 2: Leg Raises
Rite 2 may look simple, but within its rhythm lies a powerful pulse of breath and energy. By linking leg lifts with breath and awareness, this practice strengthens your core, stabilizes your spine, and activates lymphatic, respiratory, and energetic flow. A vital reset for presence, posture, and vitality.
Rite 3: Camel
Rite 3, often called “Camel,” invites you to open from your center… not through force, but through presence. This kneeling, breath-led spinal wave restores heart-spine connection, strengthens posture, and circulates lymph and breath through the front body. More than a pose, it’s a ritual of release, resilience, and inner elevation.
Rite 4: Tabletop
Rite 4 invites you into dynamic flow with a reverse tabletop movement that strengthens the back body, opens the chest, and circulates energy through the breath and spine. It’s where rhythm meets release, helping your body move from effort to coherence. Perfect for nervous system reset, lymphatic flow, and heart-centered strength.
Rite 5: Up Dog - Down Dog
Rite 5 weaves together strength, flow, and breath in a dynamic movement between Upward and Downward Dog. It activates the full body and invites your system into coherence. Learn how to modify and practice this Rite to build resilience and integrate the full sequence.
