Rite 1: Spinning
Realign Your Energy, Balance Your Mind, and Return to Center

Spinning reconnects you to your inner axis. It resets your orientation, clears mental fog, and awakens your body’s rhythm. This Rite invites presence, coherence, and the grounding wisdom of motion.

Rite 2: Leg Raises
Awaken the Spine & Ignite the Breath

Leg raises link core activation with breath awareness, awakening energy in the lower body and spine. As the front body opens and the back body strengthens, you restore flow and clarity from the ground up.

Rite 3: Camel
Open the Heart, Strengthen the Spine

This dynamic heart opener strengthens the entire posterior chain while gently inviting the chest, throat, and spine to rise. Camel encourages you to live from the center of your being, with courage, care, and grace.

Rite 4: Tabletop
Flow Through the Body, Free the Breath

This rhythmic motion mobilizes the shoulders, hips, and spine, releasing tension and enhancing lymphatic and energetic flow. It mirrors the wave of breath, inviting surrender and vitality in equal measure.

Rite 5: Updog / Downdog
Anchor the Energy, Integrate the Flow

The final Rite integrates the full sequence, rooting your energy while expanding your awareness. It supports spinal articulation, full-body strength, and the seamless weaving of breath, movement, and stillness.
