#40: Being vs. Doing? What Spiritual Teachings Often Miss
Many teachings say, “You are not the doer.” But what does that really mean?
In this reflection, I explore the tension between being and doing in spirituality and why your humanity isn’t something to bypass or escape, but something sacred to embody.
We’ll look at the difference between the false doer, the sacred experiencer, and the human who chose to feel, and how spiritual teachings can sometimes unintentionally dismiss our very purpose for being here: to experience, to feel, and to remember love through our humanity.
You don’t have to choose between being and doing. You came here to be both.
If this resonated, share it with someone who may need this reminder.
