I know what that’s like.
For years, I lived in a body that looked calm on the outside, but inside was wired for survival.
Tight chest.
Jaw tension.
A thousand unshed tears.
Chronic fatigue, insomnia, pain, cycles of burnout.
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t outrun the ache in my system.
Until I stopped trying to outrun it.
Something shifted when I stopped trying to fix myself and began dissolving the stories that kept me in survival. I rebuilt trust with my body, clarified my mind, and reconnected to the deeper self beneath the noise.
