We often say breath is life, but it’s more than a poetic phrase.

The respiratory system is not just a biological function. It’s the entry point for life force to move through you.

In Sanskrit, prāṇa is not the breath itself, but breath is how prāṇa travels.
It’s the carrier. The bridge. The direct channel through which energy, consciousness, and clarity are delivered to every cell.

Your inhale brings in more than oxygen. It carries the energy of your environment, the shape of your posture, the quality of your awareness. It reflects what you’re open to receive.

Your exhale is not just a release of carbon dioxide. It’s how the body lets go… of waste, of tension, of what no longer serves.

This is physiological and spiritual.
